We’re hiring a Head of Ecommerce for a modern British ecommerce brand.


Despite being a D2C household name, this business is growing fast with a lean team. They have experienced 50% growth (in revenue and headcount) over the last 2.5 years and are currently sitting at >£100M in YoY revenue.


They are now on the lookout for an innovative Head of Ecommerce. With 65% of company revenue coming from website sales, this person needs to be excited by the prestige of such a role.

Core responsibilities:

  • Partner with Growth & digital product teams to maximise site conversion rate both within critical trade periods & across key customer journeys regionally, with a focus on new customer acquisition
  • Partner with product, brand & growth to ensure continuity & new product is represented in the most effective way to maximise sales opportunity
  • Be an internal trade & analytics leader, continually surfacing funnel, channel & product performance data to support decision-making across key commercial areas of the business
  • Collaborate with digital product, data & product teams to increase AOV, acknowledging the differences in doing so between core regional markets (UK, US, APAC)


You’ll be:

You’ll have:

  • A commercial mindset: this role will suit someone who is used to considering business needs before diving into their projects.
  • Expert stakeholder management skills: this role will have product, merchandising, and retail all knocking at their door.
  • Entrepreneurship: you should be canny, and able to take on feedback/criticism with a desire to constantly improve.
