Our client is currently seeking a Head of Ecommerce to lead their online retail operations and drive growth in their digital commerce sector.

Job Description 

As the Head of Ecommerce, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our client's ecommerce strategy. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing the customer experience, and optimizing the online sales channel. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in ecommerce, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive ecommerce strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective management of the ecommerce platform.
  • Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Lead and mentor a team of ecommerce professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product management, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for ecommerce initiatives.
  • Champion the customer experience by ensuring the ecommerce platform is user-friendly and optimized for mobile devices.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in ecommerce management, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
