Job Description

As the Head of Ecommerce you will play apivotal role in shaping and executing our clients ecommercestrategy. You will be responsible for driving revenue growthenhancing the customer experience and optimizing the online saleschannel. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strongbackground in ecommerce exceptional leadership skills and a passionforinnovation.

Responsibilities
  • Developand implement a comprehensive ecommerce strategy aligned withbusiness objectives.
  • Drive revenue growththrough effective management of the ecommerceplatform.
  • Analyse key performanceindicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities foroptimization.
  • Lead and mentor a team ofecommerce professionals fostering a culture of collaboration andinnovation.
  • Collaborate with marketing productmanagement IT and other departments to ensure alignment and supportfor ecommerce initiatives.
  • Champion thecustomer experience by ensuring the ecommerce platform isuserfriendly and optimized for mobiledevices.
  • Implement strategies to enhancecustomer engagement satisfaction andloyalty.
Requirements
  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing or related field(Masters degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 12 yearsof experience in ecommerce management with a focus on drivingrevenue growth.
  • Strong understanding ofecommerce platforms technologies and bestpractices.
  • Excellent leadership and teammanagement skills with a track record of building and developinghighperforming teams.
  • Analytical mindset withthe ability to interpret data and make datadrivendecisions.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skillswith the ability to collaborate effectively acrossdepartments.
  • Creative thinker with a passionfor innovation and continuousimprovement.
