Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef at Grains Bar Hotel. As a Chef, your day-to-day tasks will include preparing and cooking meals, designing menus, managing kitchen operations, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met, and collaborating with the hotel team to meet the culinary needs of guests. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
  • Experience in professional cooking and food preparation
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary trends
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes
  • Food safety and hygiene certification
  • Ability to adapt to changes in menus and dietary requirements
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is an advantage
  • Culinary degree or relevant qualification is a plus
