Your Mission:
Have you ever wanted to challenge yourself by having to learn how multiple different databases interact with each other to ensure that Wowcher customers are seeing up to date pricing and availability for their overnight stay? Or to make sure that these databases are sending accurate booking data to our Merchants? Well now is your chance
Work closely with all areas of the business during all stages of deals lifecycle, from setting up new deals, making amendments to live deals to providing information on closed deals. All this could be yours
Your Quests Include:
- Setting up database records for new deals to provide customers with booking information
- Make changes to live deals pricing and availability while it is live, at the merchants request
- Troubleshoot live deals if they are not showing correct information
Technical Skills required:
- Data analysis & insights.
- Microsoft office, including advanced Excel
- Communication / Presentation.
Soft Skills required:
- Ability to multitask and respond to ad-hoc data requests whilst taking care of ongoing tasks/ projects.
- Ability to work with people with a variety of styles and working cultures.
- Ability to prioritise and maintain composure when challenged by others within the business.
