Cambridge, United Kingdom Singular: Building Brilliant Biotechs Full time

Head of R&D // Extracellular Vesicle Diagnostics // 'omics' // Liver Cancer // Cambridge

You are a team and project leader in research and development and have an expertise in extracellular vesicles / exosomes.

Why did you develop this skillset? Was it to push the boundaries of cutting-edge science for significant patient benefit?

We are working with a start-up that is revolutionising the diagnostics of liver cancer by extracting and analysing extracellular vesicles from blood (liquid biopsy) samples. Extracellular vesicles have been shown to reflect the state of their cellular sources and transport specific ‘-omics’ information (DNA, RNA, proteins, lipids and metabolites). This start-up is developing on patented technology and AI to analyse and integrate these ‘omics datasets to diagnose liver cancer from a single blood draw.

You will lead a high performing, multidisciplinary R&D team, and complex projects to progress concepts to commercial products. You will work extremely closely with the start-up’s leadership team and help shape the future of the company – and liver cancer diagnosis for patients.

You will have a significant voice, and an opportunity for real career advancement.

If you are an expert in extracellular vesicles / exosomes, have experience leading teams & projects, are looking for an opportunity to revolutionise liver cancer diagnostics while undertaking serious career & scientific development, apply online here or reach out to isaac@singulartalent.io

We look forward to hearing from you
