This is a customer-facing role that requires a strong ability to build and maintain relationships, secure new business, and deliver compelling presentations to decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Present our range of sealants, façade solutions, and fire products to potential clients.
- Provide technical support and advice to clients regarding product specifications and applications.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years B2B sales experience with a proven track record of securing new business.
- Experience in specification sales and delivering presentations within the construction industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction products and applications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Valid driver’s license.
