What we’re looking for:

  • Director-level with a background in Payments & an understanding of e-commerce.
  • Experience in leading and influencing large cross-functional teams.
  • Have experience in launching new products and developing go-to-market strategies.
  • The ability to communicate complex topics in an easy to understand way.
  • A strong focus on the customer.
  • Experience in leading teams; ensuring commitment and drive your teams and a positive, high energy working environment.
  • Ability to think strategically about sales channel improvements, getting agreement from relevant internal partners and working on business cases.
