**Job Title:** Senior Commercial Director

VVB Engineering (UK) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Director to lead our commercial operations and drive business growth in large-scale construction projects. The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £120,000 per annum.

**About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned commercial professional to join VVB Engineering (UK) Ltd as a Senior Commercial Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and leading the commercial management of change process, working closely with our technical and construction delivery teams to ensure the commercial and financial success of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Oversee NEC3 Option C Contract administration and reporting, focusing on change management.
  • Value Engineering: Lead efforts in value engineering, from Compensation Event Quotation development to formal submission and negotiation.
  • Risk Management: Lead Change Management and Risk Reduction meetings, providing commercial risk advice to the wider project team.
  • Commercial Governance: Ensure compliance with commercial governance, and maintain accurate commercial records.
