THE ROLE

As an Associate in this highly regarded team, you will:

Advise on major infrastructure, energy and public-private projects across the UK and beyond.

Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts, procurement agreements and project documents.

Work with government agencies, investors, developers and key stakeholders in the infrastructure and energy sectors.

Support large-scale public-private partnerships (PPP), energy transition initiatives and infrastructure financings.

Provide strategic advice on nuclear, renewable energy, utilities and transport-related projects.

Navigate high-value infrastructure transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance and commercial viability.

Play a key role in business development, client engagement and knowledge-sharing within the team.

REQUIREMENTS

4+ years PQE with experience in infrastructure, projects or energy law.

Strong background in commercial contracts, regulatory frameworks and public-private sector transactions.

Expertise in energy, nuclear, utilities, transport or large-scale infrastructure projects.

Proven ability to negotiate and structure high-value, complex deals.

Commercially astute, with the ability to manage relationships with high-profile clients and stakeholders.

A proactive mindset, with the ability to manage projects and contribute to business development.
