This is an intermediate position that offers an opportunity to develop automotive engineering experience through LEV fleet coverage.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in diagnosing and repairing four-wheeled electric bicycles, including but not limited to hydraulic brake systems, steering alignment, dual-motor powertrain software, steering column assembly.

- Perform weekly preventative maintenance inspections at customer sites, and complete in-warehouse PDI inspections for new fleet deliveries.

- Provide excellent customer service, with clear and friendly communication.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, and take good care of repair equipment.

- Assist in inventory management and stocking of parts and accessories.

- Record all services provided on Fernhay data tracking software.

- Intermediate knowledge of bicycle mechanics, including the ability to troubleshoot, rework, and assemble light-automotive components like driveshafts and coil suspension

- Familiarity with hydraulic brake lines, axle bearings, power junctions and motor controller software

- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25-30kg) and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and reaching

- Basic math skills for retail transactions and inventory management; data input for service tracking and travel reports

- Sales experience or customer service skills are a plus

- Experience with power tools/automotive equipment is preferred

About You:

You are a passionate, hardworking person with a love for producing quality results. You enjoy communicating with customers and appreciate a good challenge. You approach tasks with a curious mind and a calm demeanor, with a high level of attention to detail and a personal standard of work. International travel excites you, and remote working in unfamiliar environments doesn’t trip you up. You share knowledge and connect with your teammates, and are a strong gameplayer either working alone or part of a team.
