Site Services Maintenance Supervisor

Zenith People is seeking an experienced Maintenance Site Services Supervisor to join our client\u2019s team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee a team of Maintenance Technicians working in a high-volume, fast-moving manufacturing environment, ensuring that all preventative and planned maintenance is carried out within timeframes/schedules.

You will be responsible for the upkeep and management of building services, including compressed air, chilled water, gas-fired steam boiler, and LTHW plant, clean/dry room dehumidification, and general HVAC plant, LEV, and VOC extract systems, fire detection, and suppression systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling, allocating, and prioritizing work orders to ensure efficient resource management.
  • Day-to-day upkeep and management of site services, including dehumidification and HVAC plant.
  • Management of major breakdown incidents, restoration, and corrective maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a relevant site services or mechanical maintenance/engineering role.
  • Previous experience working in a management/supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of relevant Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance requirements.
  • Strong PC skills, including MS applications, MS Project, and AutoCAD or similar applications.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills.
