As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the payroll function, ensuring that staff are paid correctly and on time. You’ll work closely with the HR team and support business needs, ensuring alignment with local policies and compliance requirements.
- Administer the full payroll process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Input and process all relevant payroll data, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, and benefit deductions.
- Manage leave of absence requests (maternity, paternity, adoption, unpaid leave, etc.).
- Provide day-to-day payroll and administrative support, addressing any queries raised.
- Assist with payroll audits as required.
- Maintain employee records and manage leave balances.
- Identify and resolve any payroll issues in a timely manner, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain organised electronic filing systems.
- Support various projects and collaborate with the HR department to enhance processes.
