PMO Lead / Up to £65k + Bonus / Hybrid - Leeds



Are you a PMO Lead? Do you want to build a PMO function from the ground up, applying governance, methodologies, and processes that will drive the success of key projects in a global, growth-focused business?


What do we need from you?

  • PMO Expertise: Experience implementing a PMO function or working within an established one.
  • Strong stakeholder management: Experience working with stakeholders across multiple levels.
  • Project Delivery & Management: Proven track record in successful project management and delivery.
  • Process Optimization: Demonstrable skills in enhancing efficiencies, effectiveness, and consistency in project management.

As the PMO Lead, you’ll apply governance and prioritize resources, working closely with stakeholders to enhance the consistency and impact of project delivery across the business. This is a rare opportunity to lay the foundation for a high-performing PMO within a global company.
