Are you a proactive leader with a passion for project management and a proven track record of delivering success? Nexos is seeking a PMO Manager to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis. This role will be based in Leeds/Hull area and will require regular travel to Aberdeen.
This is your opportunity to lead in developing and maintaining PMO standards, shaping a culture of excellence, and driving innovation across our business. You’ll lead our community of project management and project controls professionals, champion our APM affiliation, and promote best practices in digital technology adoption.

Project Management Excellence
Define, implement, and maintain PMO standards for project delivery.
Oversee the Business Management System (BMS) for project documentation and outputs.
Audit and continuously improve project practices, processes, and systems.
Develop and mentor our project management community (Cost, Planning, Estimating & DCC), driving competency and career growth.

Build and lead a network of APM Champions to support current and future project needs.

Project Controls Leadership
Establish streamlined processes for cost, planning, estimating, and document management.
Drive consistency and accuracy in project reporting (change, cost, and planning).
Lead the development and career progression of the Project Controls team.

Digital Innovation
Advocate for best practices in using our Slingshot digital eco-system.
Relevant project management qualifications.
Proven leadership experience in project management or controls.
A track record of delivering projects at both functional and contract levels.
