A brand new and exciting role has arisen for a top-class Receptionist to join a forward-thinking, media agency in Central London As Front of House / Receptionist, you will be the face of this innovative, creative business, ensuring visitors are greeted warmly and efficiently, and upholding the exceptional client facing experience at all times. As part of a team of Receptionists, you will work closely to deliver excellent service, build relationships with the team and provide a brilliant experience into all who enter this building. You will be a true ambassador for this amazing agency


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring a seamless and efficient client journey from arrival
  • Managing multiple reception areas (rotating during the week as part of the team), maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for all guests.
  • Overseeing the FOH space and working closely with the facilities team .
  • Coordinating complex meeting room bookings managing clashes
  • Supporting hospitality functions, assisting with catering orders and room set-up
  • Serving as a First Aider and/or Fire Marshall (training provided)


Qualifications + Skills

  • Experience in front of house, reception, hospitality, or concierge services within creative, luxury hotel, high-end, or similar environments.
  • Polished and professional
  • Strong administrative and communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in IT and a good grasp of Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Condeco or similar room/desk booking systems.
  • An outgoing, social personality with excellent relationship building skills
  • Enthusiasm for working with people and a flexible approach to work.
