Summary:

Planet Pharma have collaborated with a global Pharmaceutical Client who are seeking professionals with at least 2 years experience within Supply Chain to join their team based in Egham In this role you will responsible to deliver excellent professional services within the supply chain department with a specific responsibility for all serialization and product tracking matters within the group.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and submit PC transfers for EU product acquisitions.
  • Participate in integration and other relevant project teams, providing guidance on master data and serialization requirements.
  • Follow company procedures to ensure compliance with all legal and good practice standards.
  • Conduct training sessions for users of the serialization solution and serve as the platform administrator.
  • Stay updated on current serialization and aggregation requirements, including those in new markets, and advise colleagues accordingly.
  • Ensure the setup and maintenance of country-specific product tracking requirements, both within and outside the serialization platform.
  • Support the supply chain team with planning and coordinating the replenishment of finished goods to the distribution centre and third-party suppliers.
  • Assist with stock monitoring, supplier relationship management, shipments, forecasting, and quality documentation verification, ensuring strict adherence to GDP standards


Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Experience gained in a supply chain or logistics role in a pharmaceutical, GxP setting.
  • Knowledge of aspects of serialisation of medicines.
  • Aptitude for data and systems management.
