About You
We’re looking for candidates who are driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Here’s what we value:
Experience: You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Mortgage Administration role and currently have CeMap or be prepared to study towards CeMap
Excellent Telephone Manner: You should be comfortable and professional when speaking with clients over the phone.
Strong Literacy and Numeracy Skills: These are essential for handling the complexities of mortgage products and related financial details.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is crucial in ensuring accuracy in all aspects of your work.
Self-Starter: We value individuals who are motivated by personal and company success and take the initiative in their roles.
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills: You’ll need to communicate effectively with both clients and colleagues, fostering positive relationships.
Ability to Learn: You should have the capacity to grasp complex products and services and convey this information accurately to clients.
