Your role:

  • Keep the team organised by managing inboxes, calendars and key operational tasks
  • Create cohesion between teams and across the organisation
  • Act as a central hub for all communications, keeping the team informed of opportunities, requests, and meetings
  • Proactively take action wherever you see potential for efficiency gains and process optimisation anywhere in the organisation


Who you are:

  • 2-5 years' experience working in an Executive Assistant-like role, ideally for Founders of a high-growth company
  • A commercially minded generalist capable of handling various aspects of the business, including marketing, commercial, product, engineering, legal, and HR
  • An understanding of key business functions and ability to support the needs of different teams and tasks
  • Highly organised with excellent multitasking and time management skills
  • Proactive and resourceful, anticipate needs and show initiative
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organisation
