We are working with a leading construction firm specializing in high-end residential projects across West London. Their portfolio includes some of the most prestigious and super-prime residential schemes in the area. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship, with a commitment to excellence in every detail.


Job Description:

They are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in carpentry to oversee high-end residential projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing super-prime residential schemes, with the ability to lead on-site operations and deliver outstanding results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to review schedules, address challenges, and ensure that milestones are achieved on time.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Oversee the implementation and adherence to health and safety policies, conducting regular site assessments to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
  • Communication & Reporting: Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, job requirement documentation, and presentations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on quality.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the site team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.


Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as a Site Manager, specifically within the high-end residential sector.
  • Strong carpentry background with a deep understanding of the construction process.
  • Proven experience in managing super-prime residential projects.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
