Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team at PARK Senior Villas Chandler. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and renovation of our senior living communities, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time and within budget.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and implement construction plans and schedules, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all projects meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that all expenses are within budget and that any variances are reported and addressed promptly.
  • Ensure that all projects are completed in accordance with relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or Construction Manager in a similar industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills, including experience with construction management software and systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of construction professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex construction-related issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
