Sales Coordinator Required – Residential Developer – Cheshunt Area – Up to £35,000 + Package
My client are a leading residential developer committed to creating high-quality homes and communities that meet the diverse needs of their clients. With a passion for excellence and a dedication to customer satisfaction, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions in the construction industry. Due to their continuous growth they are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join their dynamic team.
Position Overview:
The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales activities. You will get 1-1 training with the Head of Sales to further your Sales development into a Sales Progressor position in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents, contracts, and reports.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and site visits for potential buyers and clients.
- Maintain and update the customer database and sales records.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about their residential projects and services.
- Support the marketing team in organizing promotional events and campaigns.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of information and materials.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales materials, brochures, and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales team and company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
- Sales Progression Knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales databases.
- Knowledge of the residential construction industry is a plus.
