Sales Coordinator Required – 5* Housebuilder – Cheshunt Area – Up to £35,000 + Package
My client are a leading residential developer committed to creating high-quality homes and communities that meet the diverse needs of their clients. With a passion for excellence and a dedication to customer satisfaction, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions in the construction industry. Due to their continuous growth they are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join their dynamic team.
Position Overview:
The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales activities. You will get 1-1 training with the Head of Sales to further your Sales development into a Sales Progressor position in the future.
Key Duties:
- To be responsible for the Customer Journey process and its administration
- To assist the Sales Progression Manager to ensure plot sales are progressed from reservation through to exchange of contracts and legal completions are in line with the company’s forecasted sales targets
- To be responsible for training the Sales Executives and Sales Agents on the Company processes & procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
- Understands the sales and marketing process in housebuilding
- Demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of Anti-Money Laundering process
- Be able to demonstrate excellent customer relations skills
- Demonstrate an understanding of the conveyancing process
- Demonstrate an understanding of the mortgage application process
- Ability to report weekly sales, progression, conveyances v Company Targets.
- Experience of using a sales IT system
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience of effectively liaising with IFAs and Solicitors
