Due to their continuous growth they are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join their dynamic team.


Position Overview:


The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales activities. You will get 1-1 training with the Head of Sales to further your Sales development into a Sales Progressor position in the future.


Key Duties:


  • To be responsible for the Customer Journey process and its administration
  • To assist the Sales Progression Manager to ensure plot sales are progressed from reservation through to exchange of contracts and legal completions are in line with the company’s forecasted sales targets
  • To be responsible for training the Sales Executives and Sales Agents on the Company processes & procedures


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
  • Understands the sales and marketing process in housebuilding
  • Demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of Anti-Money Laundering process
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent customer relations skills
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the conveyancing process
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the mortgage application process
  • Ability to report weekly sales, progression, conveyances v Company Targets.
  • Experience of using a sales IT system
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience of effectively liaising with IFAs and Solicitors
