Business Development & Marketing Executive (Private Client Practice)
Overview:
A leading law firm is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Executive to support its Private Client and Tax practice. This role offers exposure to a broad range of marketing and business development initiatives, working closely with partners and fee earners to drive strategic growth, enhance client engagement, and elevate the firm's market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support business development and marketing activities to win new work and strengthen client relationships.
- Assist with business planning, fee earner marketing plans, and pipeline management.
- Drive initiatives for key private client teams, with a focus on private property and international tax.
- Build relationships with key external stakeholders, including professional services firms, property agents, and industry associations.
- Lead and support on marketing campaigns and thought leadership projects related to private wealth, real estate, and tax.
- Conduct market and client research to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare tailored pitch documents, credentials, and proposals.
- Organise and manage events, webinars, and client engagement activities.
- Oversee legal directory submissions and rankings.
- Collaborate with CRM teams to enhance client targeting and relationship tracking.
- Provide insights on client referrals and market positioning to inform business development strategy.
- Contribute to wider firm-wide marketing projects, driving innovation and process improvements.

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
