About the Role:


Are you an organised and energetic individual eager to begin or advance your career in a dynamic environment? Drinks21 is looking for a proactive Operations Assistant to join our team. This full-time, office-based role (with potential for hybrid work in the future) offers the perfect opportunity to get hands-on experience and grow with a thriving company.


As an Operations Assistant, you’ll dive into a range of administrative tasks—order processing, data entry, and managing export documentation. You’ll be a key point of contact for customers, coordinate closely with our Operations Manager, and manage general inquiries via phone and email. Whether you're a recent graduate or a school leaver with relevant experience, this role is designed for someone eager to take their first career step in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Processing orders and handling invoices
  • Managing customer communications and logistics
  • Handling export documentation and related tasks
  • Assisting with business inquiries via phone and email
  • Supporting the Operations Manager with day-to-day activities
