Intervl are exclusively partnered with a leading EV Manufacturing business based in Worcestershire. They are on the hunt for a Head of Sales to join the business and support the MD with leading the sales function within the business.
The business are well backed and going through an exciting period of growth and the current team of x3 direct reports (Area Sales Managers) will soon be growing.
Responsibilities
- Set and lead the GTM strategy for the sales team.
- Lead and support a team of x3 Area Sales Managers to set targets, KPI's and standards.
- Develop and upskill the team.
- Add value to large enterprise deals and help close.
- Report back to senior leadership team on department performance.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Production and other functions to ensure a smooth sales strategy.
- Bring new creative ideas to improve the processes within the sales department.
About You:
- Have experience leading a small sales team.
- Ideally have industry experience within EV, Renewables or Electricals.
- Be able to motivate a team to maximise productivity.
Office Location: Worcestershire (Hybrid working: 2-3 days in the office)
