Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Experienced Tutor/Assessor/IQA - Childcare. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as delivering training, assessing learners, and carrying out internal quality assurance. The position is primarily based in Farnham, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications
  • Experience as a Tutor/Assessor in Childcare
  • Knowledge of nationally recognised qualifications (QCF) in Childcare
  • Experience in delivering high-quality training
  • Experience in conducting assessments and carrying out internal quality assurance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Understanding of learner and employer needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant qualifications in Childcare or Education
