Purpose of the Role:

As our Group Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and onboarding top talent to meet our organisational needs. This pivotal role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance our recruitment function.


Main Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment technologies.
  • Utilize HRIS and Recruitment Marketing tools.
  • Present KPI reports.


Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:

  • Use job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to find candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including interviews and offer negotiations.
  • Review applications and background checks.
  • Execute selection processes for hard-to-fill roles.


Full-Cycle Recruitment:

  • Oversee all permanent/Fixed Term contract recruitment.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Produce monthly board reports and utilize recruitment metrics.
  • Complete onboarding programs.


Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations.


Employer Branding:

  • Implement employer branding initiatives.
  • Promote our brand on social media and at career fairs.


Knowledge/Experience Required:

  • Proven recruitment/HR experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding.
  • Familiarity with various selection methods and HRIS, ATS, and Recruitment Marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills.


Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree desirable.
  • CIPD certification is a plus.
  • Full clean UK Driving Licence (essential).
