Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage talent pipelines across multiple sectors, ensuring a steady supply of top-performing candidates
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand recruitment requirements and drive business growth through strategic hiring
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment processes
