About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Onboarder to join our team on an 8-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and compliant onboarding process for new colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate contracts and conduct background checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in managing the recruitment process, including inbox management and report compilation.
  • Conduct audits of recruitment files to ensure data accuracy and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience by responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to follow established guidelines and processes, with a focus on compliance and data accuracy.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on contract generation and compliance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
