Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the BIM/MEP space within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry. You will play a key role in driving new business by identifying and generating leads, building relationships, and helping expand our market presence across Europe. This is a unique opportunity to work with a fast-growing tech company at the forefront of industry innovation.


Note: This is a fully remote role, and we are open to applications from anywhere in the world.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and engage with potential leads in the BIM/MEP space within the AEC industry.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting efforts, including calls, emails, and social media.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness across the European market.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our AI-driven BIM solutions, particularly BAMROC, and communicate their value to potential clients.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Track all lead activity and sales interactions using CRM tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and product development opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, developments in BIM/MEP, and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar role, preferably in the AEC industry with a focus on BIM/MEP solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the construction and design workflow, including familiarity with BIM tools and MEP coordination processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Proven track record of generating leads, achieving sales targets, and contributing to revenue growth.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Experience using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • A passion for technology and innovation, especially within the AEC industry.
