Title: HSEQ Manager


Location: Leicestershire, UK


Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary contact for HSEQ matters.
  • Ensure compliance with permits and suggest improvements.
  • Investigate accidents and near misses.
  • Contribute to daily Operations Meetings.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide reports.
  • Manage ISO documentation.
  • Prepare for and participate in audits.
  • Coordinate training and development.
  • Liaise with regulators.
  • Other duties as required.


Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 4 in Occupational Health and Safety.
  • IEMA Associate Certificate in Environmental Management.
  • WAMITAB Certificate of Technical Competence in Waste Treatment.
  • Proven HSEQ management experience.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility to meet operational demands.
