A specialist e-commerce solutions company, based in Exeter, is seeking a data-driven Marketing Specialist to help deliver clear and effective product documentation.


The role offers a hybrid working model with 2 days in the office, Monday – Friday 9-5:30.


Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Analysis and Execution: Utilise advanced analytics to evaluate website traffic, identify successful conversion sources, and determine areas needing improvement
  • Experimentation and Optimization: Develop and conduct rigorous tests to refine the user experience. Continuously analyse test results and iterate strategies to foster a data-driven decision-making culture
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and account managers to align optimisation strategies and ensure smooth implementation of enhancements
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Perform thorough analyses of customer journeys to pinpoint key touchpoints for improvement
  • Reporting and Insights: Regularly deliver clear, actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders


Requirements:

  • Track record of improving digital platform performance
  • Proven advanced analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of UX/UI Principles
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences and influencing decision-making processes
