This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week at our HQ in East Croydon and 3 days working from home. However, in March 2025 we will be moving to our new HQ in Clapham Junction with 3 days a week in the office.


As a Junior Digital Operations Analyst you will support day-to-day digital operations activities. The successful candidate will work closely with the Digital Software Engineering team to ensure smooth operational processes, including incident and ticket management, supplier management, and the release of new features. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on Digital experience and pursue a degree on the job.


Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Continuously monitor the stability of the TGG website & app.
  • Support to and manage priority incidents.
  • Drive issues through to root cause analysis & effective resolution
  • Raise, track, manage, and resolve operational tickets in line with service-level agreements.
  • Work with the business to ensure ticket information is at an acceptable level.
  • Liaise with external suppliers and vendors to ensure performance aligns with SLAs.
  • Act as main point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on operational priorities.
  • Assist in the testing and deployment of new software releases.
  • Create & maintain comprehensive documentation of both new and existing operational processes
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure new features meet operational readiness standards.
  • Support & deputise for the digital operations manager when required to ensure continuity in the Digital Operations function.

  • Self-starter - able to independently run and prioritise your own workload daily and be accountable for owning and delivering work to completion
  • Flexibility to adapt to an evolving landscape; utilising new tools, technologies & workflows
