We’re looking for somebody with previous SDR/BDE experience to join a SaaS company as a Sales Development Representative in Gloucester. They are offering a basic salary of £37,500 per annum with a realistic OTE of £49,000. You will only be required in the office 3 days a week to start with and then only 2 days a week following this. Nobody is in the office 5 days a week


The role of Sales Development Representative involves:


  • Using Email, LinkedIn and Telephone to generate new lead opportunities.
  • Liaising with prospects to understand their needs.
  • Booking appointments for Account Executives to close deals.
  • Research and provide data analysis on the current market.
  • Move to attending meetings and closing own deals.
  • Long-term having the opportunity to grow a team around you and progress.


For the Sales Development Representative role, you need:


  • Previous experience generating and following up on cold leads.
  • Success within a similar, new business role would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge and experience within the Software industry is required.


As the Sales Development Representative, you’ll get:


⭐ Basic salary up to £37,500 per annum.

⭐ Realistic OTE of £49,000 per annum – however uncapped

Hybrid working - Only 2 days a week in the office.
