Sales Growth Strategist

The organization has witnessed significant growth recently and is poised for even greater expansion.

We are in search of a motivated, sales-oriented professional to collaborate with the existing Sales Growth Strategist in nurturing current client relationships while actively seeking and pursuing new business avenues.

While the primary office is located in Quedgeley, this role will require travel across various regions in England, necessitating occasional overnight stays, with all accommodation expenses covered.

The selected candidate will receive a company vehicle along with a car allowance, as well as a laptop and mobile device.

This position offers the flexibility to work remotely after the initial training period, which requires on-site attendance one to two times monthly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Discover and pursue new business opportunities
  • Respond proactively to incoming leads
  • Finalize sales agreements
  • Represent the organization through various communication channels
  • Explore potential market segments for telecom solutions
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to network and showcase products
  • Establish and maintain relationships while staying informed about new products and technologies
  • Develop sales forecasts and work diligently to achieve them
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations to prospective and existing clients, both in-person and online
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to address and resolve issues for all clients

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - 8:30 AM to 5 PM, with an early finish at 4:30 PM on Fridays. Flexibility may be required for meetings with potential clients.

Compensation:
Competitive salary based on experience, along with a commission structure, company vehicle/car allowance, laptop, and mobile device.
