The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, be detail-oriented, and ensure that administrative support to the company is delivered efficiently.
Key Responsibilities for the Administrative assistant:
- Taking initial enquiries from customers, providing quotations and ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Inputting invoices and payments
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff, and coordinating events and conferences.
- Providing administrative support to team members and departments.
Key Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
- Experience of working in a fast paced Manufacturing environment
- Excellent Computer skills, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively
