We are currently recruiting for a manufacturing company, who are looking for a strong sales administrator to support their growing and established business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established company who offer excellent benefits and long-term career development.
**Main duties**
- To process Purchase Orders onto the Purchase Order system, following the guidelines set out in the department procedure manual.
- Process of supplier rejects
- Making and taking of telephone calls in a professional manner
- Dealing with problems relating to Purchase Orders ensuring a satisfactory result.
- To liaise with members of other departments to provide support and perform tasks assigned professionally and thoroughly.
- Maintaining Supplier Corrective Action Reports
**Skills Required**:
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Uphold good communication skills externally and internally daily
- Experience of MS office packages
