Chinti & Parker is a British womenswear knitwear brand, established in 2009. The company is looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial person to join the dynamic team and lead the marketplace channel. The individual will be solely responsible for the on-boarding of new marketplace partners.


Responsibilities:


  • Successfully define and on-board new marketplace partners internationally
  • Work through the individual partner tech requirements and launch smoothly and on-time
  • Connect systems seamlessly
  • Full P&L accountability
  • Optimise trading
  • Collaborating with Buying, Merchandising, IT, Finance, Marketing and Creative to successfully launch the brand on new marketplace partners
  • Sales planning, forecasting and reporting, including budgeting and weekly trading analysis.
  • Ensuring all products details descriptions, images and content are all optimised.
  • Make sure that all inventory is uploaded to each marketplace in line with marketplace requirements
  • Launching of new product collections
  • Monitor sales performance, marketplace rankings and competitor activity and understand key trends.
  • Working with analytics to drive improved performance to other teams.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Looking for someone with 4 years + eCommerce/Online or Digital Trading experience
  • Experience with tech & systems integrations
  • Project management expertise
  • Highly experienced in working with and growing online marketplace revenues for fashion brands in the UK US & in Europe
  • Exposure to marketplace platforms such as Mirakl highly advantageous.
  • Experience of onboarding, project managing and leading new products on marketplaces
  • Proven experience and an impressive career trajectory based on delivering strong revenue growth by managing digital trading website
  • Highly organised, numerical, tech savvy and a good multi-tasker
