I am supporting a global consultancy, who are hiring a Technology Program Manager.


This role is a permanent based position, and the right candidate will have strong experience undertaking SWAT Analysis and implementing a a dedicated support structure for CCP.


This will be 3 days per week in the office in the West Sussex area.


Qualifications and experience we consider to be essential for the role:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex international projects and leading transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience conducting SWAT analyses.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholder groups across multiple regions.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.


This is a Hybrid position, and interviews will take place next week.
