HPO is the leading provider of Human Performance Optimisation technology solutions. We provide innovative, secure, and scalable technology for military, government, and specialist corporates, to improve the health, performance, and wellbeing of their people.


Purpose


To ensure the Royal Navy performance outcomes are met, and from this success expand the contract, both in the UK and internationally. This role is to lead an already established contract with clear markers of success and growth.


Key Tasks and Responsibilities


Implementation of tech-enabled Human Performance solutions for all Naval Forces.


This includes:

  • Working with the client to conduct needs analysis and scope for tactical solutions.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to design and mobilise solution.
  • Oversee and quality assure the delivery against contract deliverables and KPIs.


Business Development and account growth.


This includes:

  • Assessing the need for Technology solutions across the Navy.
  • Use Case Study examples to expand business development opportunities through networks.
  • Working with MD to shape future proposals and bids.


Future Concepts & Supporting Resources.


This includes:

  • Maintain knowledge and brief the Senior Team on future concepts.
  • Recruit and manage SME resources to deliver Navy Solutions.
  • Publish and promote work within HPO to reinforce brand credibility.
