Job Responsibilities
We seek a skilled Head of Royal Mail Lockers to lead our site acquisition efforts. In this critical role, you will manage a team of field-based site acquisition managers to secure hosts and sites for Royal Mail parcel lockers, ensuring that contracts meet agreed parameters and fees stay within budgeted amounts. Your leadership will foster a culture of excellence, driving team performance and operational efficiency.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you should have extensive experience in sales, business development, and site acquisition, with proven ability to motivate teams and deliver results. Your analytical mind will help you identify opportunities, generate leads, and build strategic relationships with stakeholders. Compensation Package
The selected candidate can expect a remuneration package consisting of a salary range of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, including a car allowance or cash equivalent of £4,800. Our attractive benefits include full family healthcare, 20% on-target bonus opportunity, 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising with time served, and a generous pension scheme.
