With a strong presence in the healthcare industry, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Product Specialist to cover the South West.
Position Overview:
As a Product Specialist for Medical Beds and Clinical Seating, you will play a pivotal role in working with our Patients and expanding our market presence in the Irish region. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with Patients, healthcare professionals, key decision-makers, and healthcare facilities. This role offers a unique opportunity to represent high-quality medical products that contribute to the comfort and well-being of patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge: Become an expert in our range of medical beds and clinical seating products, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
- Trusted Advisor: Work closely with a OT in vulnerable patients home to give the best outcome and product using your knowledge
- Customer Education: Educate patients and healthcare professionals about the features, benefits, and best practices associated with our products.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our medical equipment.
- Market Research: Stay informed about competitors, market trends, and customer needs, providing valuable insights to the team.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional post-sales support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A basic knowledge of human anatomy
- Good driving skills and confidence (You will be driving a Van as part of the role)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the Munster Region of ROI
- A passion for healthcare and improving patient comfort.
