The Role:


The HRIT Lead role is pivotal in managing and optimizing Human Resources Information Technology (HRIT) systems within an organization. This position typically involves overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of HR technology solutions to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business.


You will have the chance to deep dive, see where improvements can be made, formulate a strategy you can call your own, and implement it to impact the business. You will see the results of your work grow and flourish as you lead, deliver and guide it towards a successful conclusion.


What you'll do:


System Management:

  • Lead the deployment, enhancement, and support of HR software applications, including SuccessFactors or WorkDay and other HR-related systems
  • Collaborate with HR, Digital & IT function, and vendors to ensure seamless functionality and integration of systems.

Data integrity, Compliance and Security:

  • Ensure the accuracy and security of HR data within systems
  • Collaborate with HR and the Digital & IT function to develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with HR and the Digital & IT function to implement data security protocols to comply with regulations such as GDPR. Monitor access controls to safeguard sensitive information
  • Collaborate with HR and the Digital & IT function to conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity

Implementation and upgrades:

  • Lead global HR projects and programs, including the implementation of new HRIS systems ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Lead the implementation of new HRIS modules, reporting functionalities, , and enhancements. Manage system upgrades and ensure integration with other software applications

Training and Support:

  • Provide technical support for HR systems and address end-user issues
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for HR staff and system users

Vendor Management:

  • Manage relationships with external vendors who provide HR technology solutions.
  • Negotiating contracts and ensure service levels are met.


What you will need:


  • Proven experience as an HRIT Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR processes and IT systems. Experience with specific HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP) is essential
  • Ideally experience both on the consultancy side and vendor/client side
  • Proven END TO END experience with HRIS implementation and management (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HRCM).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Relevant certifications in HR technology or project management are advantageous
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
