Human Resources Information Systems Analyst

At Humankind Global Recruitment, we are seeking a dynamic and analytical Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) professional to join our team as a SAP SuccessFactors Technology Expert. This exciting opportunity involves optimizing HR technologies, managing HRIS systems, and implementing innovative solutions to align with organizational objectives. You will administer, optimize, and configure our HRIS, SuccessFactors to improve processes and user experience.
About the Role:
As part of this role, you will design and implement system architectures to ensure seamless integration across different SuccessFactors modules and implement new functionalities for automation and scalability. You will also be involved in generating regular insights and reports, further system enhancements, and conducting system audits to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
Requirements:
We are looking for an individual with previous experience in a similar role where they have gained strong SAP SuccessFactors knowledge. You should have strong experience in HRIS configuration and integration, data analysis, data infrastructure, data warehousing, and technology development (including coding). Additionally, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail, familiarity with HR data analytics tools, and evaluating HR technologies. You should also be highly organized and comfortable operating in an environment with changing priorities with excellent communication skills.
Estimated Salary:
The estimated salary range for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
