We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to join my client’s team and play a pivotal role in supporting their human resources functions. As the HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of recruitment and HR-related administrative tasks, as well as providing guidance and support to employees across various HR matters.


Key Responsibilities:

Selection, and New Starter Processes:

  • collaborate with hiring managers to understand vacancy requirements and appropriate recruitment strategies.
  • coordinate job postings and advertisements, including engagement with recruitment agencies when necessary.
  • assist in candidate screening and interview coordination.


Advice and Guidance:

  • act as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, providing guidance and support on policies and procedures.
  • support employees throughout their employment lifecycle, including conducting exit interviews.
  • undertake HR projects and ad-hoc tasks as directed by the HR Manager.


Administrative Duties:

  • prepare employee-related correspondence and documentation, including letters and contractual updates.
  • monitor probation periods and escalate issues as necessary.
  • maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information.


Information Systems, Payroll, and Benefits Administration:

  • manage HR systems and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • assist with payroll administration, including data entry and collation of payroll-related information.
  • administer employee benefits schemes as required.


Experience and Skills:

  • proven experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment preferred.
  • strong understanding of current employment law and HR best practices.
  • proficient in HR systems and IT tools.
  • exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively.
