The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to play a key role in our next exciting growth phase.

Supported by a team of fellow Contentologists you'll gain front line experience across a portfolio of high profile global B2B brands.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B account management, and project management.

You will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts, developing and executing B2B content and digital marketing strategies, and ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client management:

  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact.
  •  Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and needs to provide tailored marketing solutions.
  •  Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, reports, and strategic recommendations.

2. Strategy development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive content and digital marketing strategies that align with clients' objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative and effective marketing campaigns.

3. Account growth:

  •   Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.
  •   Work towards expanding the client portfolio and increasing revenue for the agency.
  •   Develop proposals and presentations to pitch new services and campaigns to clients.

4. Project management:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing programmes.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to deliver exceptional results.

5. Commercial focus:

  • Monitor and manage account budgets and financial performance.
  • Ensure all projects are profitable and contribute to the agency's financial growth.
  • Provide regular financial reports and updates to the management team.

6. Team collaboration:

  • Work closely with the agency's team to foster a collaborative and positive working environment.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and sharing expertise.

To apply you must be able to demonstrate: 

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing – ideally in a client services role.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercial drive with a focus on achieving financial targets and growth.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
