A Top Boutique Investment Bank is looking to add a Director level individual to their Energy & Infrastructure M&A Team here in London to help on origination efforts and to oversee the execution of their extensive pipeline of M&A transactions. This is a growth hire for the team as they continue to expand their global presence and have undergone an extended period of success in the team. You will have significant backing from a top Global Organisation and have access to some of the top Corporate and Sponsors in the market. This hire will be a critical part of the team in driving forward on expansion and execution across a broad range of geographies.

Requirements:

  • Additional European language skills not required but can be useful.
  • Preference for previous experience in Power, Utilities, Infrastructure or Renewables sub-sectors. Not a pre-requisite for all sub-sectors however.
  • Requirement of 8-15 years of full time experience previously within M&A and Investment Banking.
  • Top communication skills.
  • Strong previous exposure on transactions and execution.
  • Previous experience in origination and managing critical client relationships.
  • Extensive knowledge in financial modelling and broader technical skills.
  • Previous full time experience working at an Investment Bank (Balance sheet or Boutique), Big 4 Corporate Finance Team or Corporate Development Team.
