Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Investment Banking Director to join our team in London and Copenhagen. As a key member of our global investment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and analyzing business plans, markets, and industries to make investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal Sourcing: Identify and secure high-quality deal flow for CVX Ventures
  • Investment Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of companies, markets, and industries to inform investment decisions
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate term sheets and close investment rounds with our partners
  • Investment Committee: Present investment opportunities to our investment committee for review and approval
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the entire deal journey from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful investment outcomes
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, consulting, banking, or similar
  • Education: Bachelor or master's degree with excellent results
  • Skills: Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills, ability to close deals, and genuine interest in learning and improving
  • Language: Proficiency in English (EU work permit required)
